Love the fragrance profile and the longevity - perfectly marketed as a layering perfume because it actually works. My girlfriend loves it too which is a cherry on top :)

I've been collecting and wearing fragrances for years, so I went into this one with real hope — and came out disappointed.
The biggest issue is that there's no oud here. Not in the way the name promises, anyway. No depth, no resinous smokiness, none of that dark animalic weight you expect. It reads as a generic sweet-woody scent that could be labelled anything.
Longevity is the second problem. It doesn't come close to what's claimed — a few hours at best before it flattens out.
To be fair, the cleaner-ingredients angle may be the actual selling point, and if that's what you're buying it for, fine. But judged on smell and performance, it doesn't hold up. At this price point there are several other brands doing far better work — they're just harder to find and most people haven't heard of them, which is a shame.
Not one I'd repurchase or recommend.

I was unexpectedly surprised by how premium the packaging and bottle was- and the smell is beautiful! Smooth Oud, not too overpowering but lasts. Love it and waiting to see more launches from Edit!!

Oud for me always was middle eastern but the indus oud is a beautiful fusion of modern middle eastern and the smaller bottle is pure magic

Received my Edit package last week with the Indus Oud and Our Soho. Have been using - sorry layering the parfum and have been told that the fragrance is simply super. Layer or no layer - this parfum is long lasting. Looking forward to more fragrances from Edit - thanks Nishant & Pranav
